After twenty-eight years of owning my company and working in the weeds for almost three decades, I was ready to relinquish the company that I had grown from $500.00 to over $3 million.

Burnout is real! I was ready to quit!

The journey I made to get myself unstuck is worth sharing. Countless business owners work too hard and wish they had teams they could trust to run their company without them. They want freedom to make choices, have time, and have money. I have always had teams, but it wasn’t until I learned how to build a DREAM TEAM that I discovered there was a better way.

Speaking to other business owners is just one way to give back. My journey to become a visionary rather than a ringmaster allowed me to exit my business for its full value. To achieve a total exit value, your business must operate independently of you. Every business owner deserves a company that can operate independently of them. I can save other business owners YEARS of mistakes.

I am eager to share my journey and inspire retailers and boutique owners to liberate themselves from the daily grind and truly become business owners, not just operators.
